I contacted Karen after struggling with anxiety/depression/panic attacks for a few months due largely to Covid/redundancy and home pressures which had started to overwhelm me. My self confidence and self esteem were at rock bottom and I’d already tried 2 other therapist to no avail. However, after 4 sessions with Karen the difference in me has been amazing! Karen not only allows you to speak from the heart, she listens and offers alternative ways of looking at a situation, she also takes you through various therapy exercises depending upon your issues, also providing you with a recording for you to listen to at home. I found the practical side of the therapy especially helpful with issues I’d had problems with letting go of. I contacted Karen as I could see that she offered hypnobirthing sessions. I was pregnant with my 2nd child and was very stressed and anxious about the birth due to having such a bad experience first time round! I had actually listened to one of Karen's tracks on the morning that I went in to labour and by that afternoon I had my baby! It all went very quickly and smoothly and I hadn't even realised that I was in labour until I was in the final stages!! This was completely different to my previous birth. I recently contacted Karen as I had a debilitating phobia of Spiders which was taking over my entire life. I had tried everything to help with my phobia but nothing was working.
